Job Description – Insurance Renewals Coordinator

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

- Job Responsibilities:Handle insurance policy renewal calls and follow-ups.
- Contact existing customers regarding upcoming policy renewals.
- Explain renewal details and assist customers with the renewal process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely renewals.
- Follow up on pending renewals and achieve renewal targets.
- Maintain customer details and renewal records.
- Candidate Requirements:Candidates with prior experience in Insurance Renewals only will be considered.
- Mandatory experience in handling insurance renewal calls and customer follow-ups.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
