- Handle retail & wholesale customers professionally
- Explain products, pricing & offers clearly
- Manage billing, order packing & dispatch coordination
- Maintain store display, stock arrangement & cleanliness
- Handle WhatsApp / walk-in customer queries
- Support daily sales targets & customer follow-ups
- Coordinate with owner for stock & order updates

✅ Requirements:

- Prior experience in retail / wholesale showroom preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi / English; Bengali a plus)
- Honest, punctual & customer-friendly attitude
- Basic knowledge of billing / inventory (training provided)
