We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate B2B leads, connect with potential clients and promote our IT software and business solutions

.

? Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and introduce suitable IT solutions.
- Give an effective product/service pitch and generate interest.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into meetings/sales.
- Handle basic customer objections and queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead,



follow-up and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and sales targets.

✅ Requirements

- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- 1–2 years of experience in Telesales, inside sales or B2B sales.
- Good English & Hindi communication skills.
- Confident, convincing and customer-oriented personality.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
- Good follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer data/reports.
- Candidates with IT/Software/SaaS/B2B sales experience will be preferred.
