Job Title: Business Development Executive – IT & Software Solutions

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for our Software Development Services.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting our software solutions, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate current business leads through online platforms, social media, and other channels.
- Contact potential clients and understand their software development requirements.
- Pitch services such as Custom Software, Website Development, Mobile App Development, CRM, ERP, and Fintech Solutions.
- Handle inbound leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other marketing campaigns.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical team for project discussions.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert opportunities into projects.




- Maintain daily calling reports, lead status, and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of IT and Software Development services.
- Experience in B2B Sales, IT Sales, or Business Development will be preferred.
- Ability to communicate with business owners, startups, and entrepreneurs.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Hindi and English communication skills.

Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives.

Job Location: Danapur, Patna, Bihar.

Employment Type: Full Time | Work From Office
