Design Engineers and Turnkey Engineers with civil experience can also apply.
Salary: Rs 25,000 - Rs 55,000 per month, based on experience, plus incentives.
What you will do:
- Review drawings and coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors
- Prepare quantity estimates, BOQs and contractor measurements; verify bills
- Track progress against schedule and report delays with solutions
- Inspect quality and safety at the Bowrampet site and report to the Project Manager
- Prepare daily / weekly progress reports
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 6 months of experience (residential construction preferred)
- Knowledge of drawings, BOQ, AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Valuable communication in Telugu, Hindi and English
Work location: Begumpet, Hyderabad (office, with site visits).
6-day work week. Fixed salary plus incentives. Virtual interview first.
