Job DescriptionIVAN INSTITUTE of Hotel Management is looking for a smart, confident, and well-organised Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front desk operations, handle student enquiries, and support our admission counselling and marketing team.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally.
2. Attend walk-in students and parents and provide basic course information.
3. Make outbound calls to prospective students and admission enquiries.
4. Follow up with leads generated through Facebook, WhatsApp, and other marketing platforms.
5. Explain available courses, eligibility, fees, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
6. Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
7. Maintain student enquiry records and update the admission database.
8. Manage reception, visitor registration, and daily front-office activities.
9. Coordinate with the admission and marketing team to achieve admission targets.





- Eligibility & SkillsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet).
- Pleasant personality and professional behaviour.
- Confident in handling telephone conversations and student enquiries.
- Ability to work with targets and follow up with prospective students.
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on skills and experience).
