We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to manage, update, and maintain our database records. You will ensure accurate entry of information, perform regular data verification, and keep digital files properly organized.

- Key Responsibilities:Input customer, account, and operational data from source documents into spreadsheets and management systems.
- Review data for errors, verify accuracy, and resolve discrepancies before updating records.
- Maintain organized digital files, ensure regular backups, and adhere to data privacy guidelines.
- Assist in generating standard daily/weekly reports from entered data.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files when needed.
- Requirements & Skills:Education: 12th Pass or Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Typing Speed: Rapid typing speed (30+ WPM preferred) with high accuracy.
- Software: Proficiency in basic computer operations, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Languages: Good understanding of English and Hindi.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time-management skills. Fresher-friendly with willingness to learn.
