Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and respond to leads and customer enquiries received through online platforms and digital marketing channels.

- Follow up with prospective customers, share product details and quotations, and convert enquiries into sales.

- Maintain and regularly update lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Coordinate stock management, monitor inventory levels, and maintain accurate stock records.

- Coordinate with the team for order processing, dispatch planning, and timely delivery.

- Support day-to-day sales and marketing operations.
