## Job Description – Telesales Executive

**Company:** Healthcare Company

**Location:** Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

**Salary:** Up to ₹30,000 CTC (Depending on Interview)

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Make outbound calls to medical shops and pharmacies.

- Act as a distributor representative and take medicine orders from medical shops.

- Follow up with existing customers and encourage them to place regular orders.

- Promote products and achieve daily sales targets.

- Build and maintain good relationships with medical shop owners.

- Ensure timely order confirmation and provide product-related information.

**Shift Timings:**

- **Male:** 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Any 9 hours rotational shift)

- **Female:** 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Any 9 hours rotational shift)

- **Week Off:** Rotational

**Eligibility:**

- Freshers with valuable sales and communication skills can apply.

- Experienced candidates are also welcome.

- Candidates must have confidence in calling customers and convincing them to place orders.

**Additional Benefit:** Company-provided pickup and drop facility from Juinagar Station to the office.
