- Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in purchasing raw materials, consumables and other manufacturing requirements.
- Collect quotations from suppliers and compare prices.
- Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders and timely material delivery.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices and supplier details.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding pending orders and payments.
- Coordinate with production and stores departments to ensure material availability.
- Monitor stock requirements and prepare purchase requests.
- Maintain proper documentation and update purchase reports.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate / Diploma in any relevant field.




- 1–2 years of experience in purchase or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of vendor management and purchase documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
