Job Summary - We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to promote and sell GIBNU Digital Store Software to retailers, traders, manufacturers, business owners, and service providers across India.

1. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective sellers and service providers to promote GIBNU.
2. Explain GIBNU Digital Store Software, features, benefits, and subscription plans.
3. Generate leads and convert prospects into registered and paying sellers.
4. Onboard sellers and service providers onto the GIBNU E-commerce App.
5. Assist sellers in creating and setting up their digital stores.
6. Help sellers upload and add products, services, images, descriptions, and pricing.
7. Demonstrate GIBNU App features and explain how to manage digital stores.
8. Provide basic training and post-onboarding support to sellers.
9. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead databases.
10. Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly sales and onboarding targets.

Required Skills - Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

- Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages will be an advantage.

- Basic computer, smartphone, and internet knowledge.

- Positive telecalling, telesales, and customer relationship skills.

- Ability to handle customer queries and convert leads into sales.

- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Qualification & Experience - Minimum 12th Pass; graduates & Post Graduate preferred.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, software sales, e-commerce, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
