• Help produce frozen bakery products, including preparation, weighing, portioning, shaping and packing.

• Follow recipes, production instructions and portion sizes consistently.

• Label batches and store ingredients and finished products correctly.

• Keep workstations, equipment and utensils clean and follow kitchen hygiene practices.

• Help receive and organise supplies and support other daily kitchen work.
