Role SummaryYou will carry out wiring, assembly, installation and testing of electrical panels and related systems, both in our workshop and at client sites. You will follow drawings and safety procedures to deliver quality work on time.

- Key ResponsibilitiesRead and follow wiring diagrams, schematics and panel drawings.
- Do internal wiring and assembly of MCC, PCC, APFC, VFD and control panels.
- Fix and connect MCCBs, MCBs, contactors, relays, timers, meters and busbars.
- Carry out cable laying, termination, lugging, ferruling and dressing.
- Install and connect panels, fire pump controllers, motors and associated equipment at site.
- Do continuity, insulation resistance and functional testing, and report faults.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults during commissioning, service and AMC visits.
- Maintain tools, instruments and the work area in valuable condition.




- Follow safety rules, use PPE and complete work as per the supervisor’s instructions.
- Report material requirements and daily work progress to the supervisor.
- Required QualificationsITI (Electrician / Wireman) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 1–4 years in panel wiring, electrical installation or maintenance (freshers with ITI may be considered for a helper or trainee level).
- Skills RequiredGood knowledge of panel wiring, control circuits and motor starters (DOL, Star-Delta).
- Ability to use a multimeter, megger, clamp meter and hand and power tools.
- Basic understanding of electrical safety and earthing.
- Ability to read circuit diagrams.
- Willingness to work at heights and in different site conditions.
- Other RequirementsWillingness to travel for site work, within Bengaluru and outstation as required.
- Basic English, Kannada or Hindi communication.
- Punctual, disciplined and a good team player.
