JOB DESCRIPTION – TELECALLER

Salary: ₹10,000 per month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to clients across India to generate sales and business opportunities.

2. Explain company products, share product details, and follow up with potential customers.

3. Generate sales orders through effective client communication and regular follow-ups.

4. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

5. Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales targets.

Daily Target

* 100 connected calls per day.

* Focus on lead generation, customer follow-ups, and sales conversion.

Salary & Incentive Structure

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month





* Monthly sales of ₹2,50,000–₹5,00,000 EX GST incentive RS. 1500

* Monthly sales above ₹5,00,000–₹8,00,000 EX GST incentive RS.2500

Required Skills

* Valuable communication and convincing skills.

* Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone.

* Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.

* Ability to meet calling and sales targets.

* Customer-handling and follow-up skills.
