Adhisurya Foods makes clean-label millet foods: laddoos, cookies, snacks and health mixes, with no maida, no palm oil and no preservatives.

About the role

You will make sure every batch that leaves our factory is safe, consistent and correctly recorded. You will report to our Quality & NPD Executive and own day-to-day quality checks, hygiene and pest control on the factory floor.

Key responsibilities

Raw material & packaging

- Inspect every incoming lot for moisture, foreign matter, pests and expiry
- Accept, hold or reject lots against specification and maintain the inspection register
- Check supplier certificates of analysis (COAs) and flag repeat issues

In-process & finished goods

- Carry out moisture analysis of batch samples and record the results
- Check weight and shape frequently on the line, especially laddoos, and keep the log
- Check finished goods before dispatch for weight, sealing, nitrogen flushing, labelling and batch code
- Keep retention samples for each batch

Hygiene, cleaning & pest control

- Check staff hygiene at every shift start: head caps, beard masks, gloves, nails, jewellery




- Enforce hand-washing and footwear rules, and keep hand-wash soap solution filled
- Make sure cleaning cloths are washed and changed, and dust above the dryer is removed
- Monitor pest traps and rodent bait stations, and carry out insecticide spraying every Saturday

Production support & customer care

- Act as the first point of contact for quality problems on the floor
- Hold failing batches, find the cause and record corrective action
- Answer customer care calls, log complaints and close them with the QA lead

Documentation & audits

- Keep all QC records complete and audit-ready
- Support FSSAI, customer, ISO 22000 and ZED audits
- Share a daily status and weekly summary with the QA lead

Who we are looking for

- B.Sc / B.Tech / Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers welcome
- Basic knowledge of food safety, GMP and FSSAI
- Fluent in Tamil, with working English
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Valuable to have: internship in a food or dairy unit, awareness of HACCP or ISO 22000, a two-wheeler
- Disciplined with records, and firm but polite in enforcing hygiene
