Job Description:-

* Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.

* Prepare job cards and explain the service requirements, estimated costs, and delivery timelines to customers.

* Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality servicing of motorcycles.

* Keep customers updated on service progress, additional repairs, and vehicle delivery status.

* Ensure customer complaints are addressed promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.

* Follow up with customers for feedback, maintain service records, and promote customer retention.
