Manage and operate the GeM portal, including buyer and seller activities.
Search, identify, and analyse relevant government tenders and bids related to medical and surgical equipment.
Prepare and submit online bids, quotations, and required documents within stipulated deadlines.
Handle bid participation, reverse auctions (RA), and price negotiations.
Prepare technical compliance sheets and ensure adherence to tender specifications.
Coordinate with the sales and accounts departments for pricing, GST, and other documentation.
Manage purchase orders (POs), order processing, and delivery schedules.
Track bid status, order status, and payment updates on the GeM portal.
Handle EMD, PBG, invoice generation, and other GeM-related documentation.
