Initial Training: Bangalore – 2 Months

Job SummaryVankar Space Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated B.E. Civil Engineering graduates to join our Project Execution Team for an Airport Project in Mangalore.

Freshers with good technical knowledge, strong English communication skills and an interest in site execution are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates from Mangalore and nearby localities.

1. Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist senior engineers in daily site execution and supervision.
2. Coordinate with site workers, contractors and vendors.
3. Understand and interpret civil and interior project drawings.
4. Monitor daily site activities and project progress.
5. Assist in material planning, site measurements and quantity calculations.
6. Maintain daily site progress reports and documentation.
7. Coordinate manpower and ensure proper utilisation of resources.
8.



Ensure adherence to quality standards and site safety procedures.
9. Report site-related issues to the Project Manager.
10. Support timely execution and completion of assigned project activities.

- Eligibility CriteriaB.E. in Civil Engineering (Freshers can apply).
- Good command of spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be willing to work at the project site in Mangalore.
- Training & DeploymentInitial 2 months of training at Bangalore.
- After successful completion of training, deployment at the Airport Project, Mangalore.
- Candidates must be comfortable with the Bangalore training and subsequent Mangalore posting.
- Candidate PreferenceCandidates from Mangalore and nearby locations will be preferred.
- Local candidates with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
