Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to customers, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Develop robust relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and improve overall customer experience.
Job Requirements :
- 3-16 years' experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong background in customer relationship management, including pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
