? Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain B2B relationships with companies and corporate HR teams.

Identify job openings and placement opportunities for candidates.

Connect with HR managers, recruiters, and hiring partners.

Generate corporate leads and build a strong employer network.

Coordinate candidate profiles, interviews, and selection processes.





Follow up with companies regarding interview feedback and offer releases.

Achieve assigned monthly placement targets.

? Candidate Requirements

1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Corporate Relations, or Placement Coordination.

Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of corporate hiring and recruitment processes.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Solid follow-up and coordination skills.

Target-oriented, proactive, and dedicated.
