*Role Overview*

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Manager – Business Operations to oversee core operational functions and drive strategic growth for Bluvia. In this cross-functional leadership role, you will bridge supply chain, product innovation, and sales growth—ensuring operational excellence, maintaining product standards, leading new product development (NPD), and executing omni-channel sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Production Quality

- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing, supply chain, and fulfillment workflows to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Establish and enforce strict Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) standards for raw materials, eco-friendly formulations, and sustainable packaging.

- Manage vendor, supplier,



and contract manufacturing relationships to optimize production schedules and inventory levels.

2. Recent Product Development (NPD)

- Lead the concept-to-launch lifecycle for new eco-friendly cleaning product lines.

- Collaborate with R&D;, formulation teams, and sustainable packaging vendors to innovate zero-waste product formats (e.g., concentrated tablets, powder-to-liquid refills).

- Conduct market research and consumer testing to validate product feasibility, pricing, and packaging sustainability.

3. Sales Strategy & Business Growth

- Develop and execute growth strategies across D2C e-commerce platforms, quick-commerce channels, and B2B/retail partnerships.

- Analyze sales data, customer acquisition metrics, and demand forecasting to optimize inventory and maximize profitability.

- Identify key market expansion opportunities and forge strategic channel partnerships.
