B2C Responsibilities

- Greet customers and guide them through the menu, specials, and combos.
- Upsell desserts, beverages, add-ons, and gift items.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.
- Handle billing, POS entries, and UPI/cash payments.
- Promote offers, loyalty programs, and social media pages.
- Handle customer queries and feedback politely.
- Take bookings for birthdays, kitty parties, and small events.

B2B Responsibilities

- Approach nearby offices, tech parks, co-working spaces, apartment communities, and event planners for bulk orders and tie-ups.
- Pitch corporate packages: meeting snacks, tea/coffee subscriptions, gifting hampers, and party orders.
- Prepare quotations,



follow up on leads, and close deals.
- Maintain relationships with repeat clients.
- Coordinate delivery and payments with the kitchen and management.
- Maintain a lead tracker and share weekly sales reports.

Requirements

- 12th pass or graduate, 0–2 years of sales or hospitality experience (freshers welcome).
- Good communication in English and Hindi. Kannada is a plus.
- Confident, pleasant personality.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets.
- Flexible shifts, including weekends.
