Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage and monitor all Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for fire safety systems and equipment.

2. Plan and schedule preventive maintenance, inspections, and servicing activities.

3. Coordinate with clients regarding service requests, maintenance schedules, and technical issues.

4. Supervise Fire Technicians, service engineers, and field teams.

5. Ensure timely maintenance of fire extinguishers, fire alarm systems, fire hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, and other fire safety equipment.

6. Monitor breakdown calls and ensure quick resolution of technical complaints.

7. Maintain AMC records, service reports, inspection checklists, and maintenance documentation.

8. Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety regulations, client requirements, and company procedures.

Prepare quotations, AMC proposals, renewal offers, and service reports.

10. Follow up with clients for AMC renewals, pending payments, and contract extensions.

11. Monitor team attendance, productivity, service quality, and job completion.

12. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

13. Manage spare parts, tools, equipment, and maintenance-related requirements.

14. Conduct site visits to monitor service quality and resolve client complaints.

15. Prepare monthly reports on AMC performance, expenses, renewals, and outstanding service issues.
