TeePrints / Uniform Prints is a fast-growing custom printing company specializing in T-Shirts, School Uniforms, Corporate Uniforms, Hoodies, and Promotional Merchandise. We work with schools, colleges, corporates, gyms, events and startups.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager who can bring current B2B clients, handle school/corporate orders, and grow our monthly sales. You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle - from lead generation to order closing and payment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business: Visit and approach schools, colleges, corporates, gyms, hospitals, restaurants for uniform & t-shirt orders

Lead Generation: Generate leads through field visits, calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and referrals

Client Handling: Meet clients, show samples/catalogue,



give quotations, negotiate and close orders

Order Coordination: Coordinate with production team for design, sizes, printing and delivery timelines

Follow-up: Payment collection follow-up and maintain long-term client relationships

Reporting: Daily visit report and weekly sales report to Management

Client: Dealing with client, approaching client offices to explain and make them understand about our product

Requirements:

Good communication in Hindi, English & Telugu

Good negotiation and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and Instagram

Smart, presentable and target-oriented

What We Offer:

Salary: Rs. 25,000 - 35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives on every order
