*Client Consultation, understanding the need and Pitching

*Technical Design(2D/3Dlayoutsusing Auto Cad, and Spatial Planning

*Documentation and maintaining accurate Bill of Quantities for Factory.

*End to end project handling- conduct site visit, for exact structural measurements. coordinate with modular factory production team, appliance vendors, on-site civil and carpentry teams to ensure seamless installation and working in sync with the inhouse team of the company for proper coordination with carpenter, civil contractors , team mate etc,

*Team Leadership & Sales Tracking
