Job OverviewKRAC is looking for energetic and dedicated Ground Resources for election campaign activities, voter outreach, and event management across Goa.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in organizing and managing political events, rallies, public meetings, and campaign activities.
- Conduct door-to-door (D2D) campaigns and voter outreach activities at the constituency level.
- Engage with voters, local communities, and campaign stakeholders to communicate campaign messages.
- Support booth-level activities, voter mobilization, and ground campaign execution.




- Maintain daily activity reports and coordinate with the campaign management team.
- Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Positive communication skills in Konkani, Marathi, Hindi, or English.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned constituency.
- Must be comfortable working in the field and during campaign events.
- Local candidates from Goa will be preferred.
