Job Role: Academic Counsellor

Job Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and admission procedures.

- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and career opportunities.

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to generate student admissions.

- Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.

- Maintain student enquiry records and update follow-up details.

- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.

- Provide proper guidance and support throughout the admission process.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Positive communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

- Experience in academic counselling, education sales, or telecalling is preferred.

- Candidates must have a positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
