About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, well-spoken telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls for our water purification and TV mounting product lines. You will generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and help convert them into orders.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, and corporate or B2B contacts from provided lead lists
- Handle inbound enquiries from IndiaMART, JustDial, the website, and marketplace listings
- Explain product features, pricing, and availability clearly and accurately
- Follow up on quotations, samples, and pending enquiries until closure
- Record every call, lead status, and follow-up date in the CRM or Excel tracker
- Share product catalogues, quotations, and details on WhatsApp or email
- Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts teams on order confirmation and delivery updates
- Handle basic customer queries and complaints politely, and escalate when needed
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and conversions




- Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
- Fluent in Hindi, with working English (spoken and basic written)
- Transparent, polite communication and a persuasive speaking style
- Basic computer skills: MS Excel or Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, email
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent with follow-ups
- Preferred (Not Mandatory)6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, tele-sales, or customer support
- Familiarity with B2B sales or an ecommerce or trading business
- Basic understanding of water purifiers, TDS meters, or home and electronics accessories
- Key Performance IndicatorsNumber of calls made per day
