About the Role
We are looking for a confident Inside Sales Executive with excellent communication skills to generate and convert leads for our construction and real estate projects. You will talk to customers, explain our services, and help close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with recent leads from ads, website, portals, and referrals
- Explain project details, pricing, and services clearly to customers
- Understand customer needs and suggest the right solution
- Schedule site visits and meetings with the sales team
- Follow up regularly and convert leads into bookings
- Update leads and call details daily in CRM or Excel
- Meet monthly sales and conversion targets
- Share customer feedback and daily reports with the sales manager
