Job Summary

We are looking for a Tender Executive to handle tender opportunities across the South Indian market. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, managing tender documentation, coordinating with internal teams and following up on tender submissions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and fluency in South Indian regional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam.

What youll do

- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track relevant government, institutional, education and corporate tenders across South India.
- Search and monitor GeM and other e-tender portals for relevant opportunities.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial tender documentation.
- Handle the complete tender process from identification to submission and follow-up.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance and Management teams for tender requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, institutions and government departments regarding tender-related queries and clarifications.
- Monitor tender deadlines, corrigendums and amendments.
- Follow up on submitted tenders and maintain records of tender status and results.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with institutions, colleges, government organizations and other key stakeholders.




- Support the business development team by identifying potential opportunities through tender platforms.
- Maintain proper documentation and MIS for all tender activities.
- Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in South Indian regional language(s) - Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam.
- Good understanding of tendering and e-procurement processes.
- Experience with GeM and other e-tender portals preferred.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.

What were looking for
- Preferred Profile
- 3-7 years of experience in Tender Management / Tender Executive / Bid Management / Institutional Business Development.
- Candidates with experience handling South Indian tenders will be preferred.
- Experience in technology products, 3D printing, industrial products, education sector or institutional business will be an advantage.
- Candidate should be comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing tenders independently
