Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator with experience in the Solar Industry to support the sales team, manage client communications, coordinate sales activities, and ensure smooth execution of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with the sales team for lead management, follow-ups, quotations, and order processing.
2. Handle customer inquiries related to solar products, rooftop solar systems, and project requirements.
3. Prepare sales quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
4. Coordinate with technical, operations, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
5. Maintain sales reports, MIS, CRM records, and customer databases.
6. Follow up with clients regarding proposals, purchase orders, payments, and project updates.
7. Track sales targets, order status, and pending activities to support business growth.

Assist the sales team in preparing tenders, documentation, and other sales-related reports, wherever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a technical or management qualification will be an added advantage.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the Solar / Renewable Energy industry.
- Basic understanding of solar products, rooftop solar systems, and solar project workflows.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up, documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with prior experience in solar EPC companies, rooftop solar sales, or renewable energy businesses will be preferred.
