Key Responsibilities:

* Source and recruit doctors across multiple medical specialties.

* Understand medical qualifications, designations, experience, and specialty-specific requirements.

* Screen CVs and assess candidates against hospital and client criteria.

* Coordinate candidate interviews, follow-ups, and recruitment processes.

* Build and maintain a robust network of doctors and medical professionals.

* Work closely with the team to meet recruitment targets and client requirements.

Requirements:

* Prior experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably doctor recruitment.

* Good understanding of medical specialities, qualifications, and consultant/specialist designations.

* Experience sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

* Strong communication, coordination, and candidate-management skills.

* Experience in international healthcare recruitment will be an advantage.
