### **Job Summary**

We are looking for a data-driven and creative **Digital Marketing Executive** to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns. In this role, you will manage our organic and paid acquisition channels, oversee social media presence, optimize SEO, and analyse campaign performance to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* **Search Engine Optimization (SEO):**

* Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements to increase organic traffic.

* Track and report on website search rankings using Google Search Console, Ahrens, or SEMrush.

* **Performance & Paid Advertising (PPC):**

* Setup, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

* Monitor ad budgets, perform A/B testing on creatives and copy, and optimize for low Cost Per Lead (CPL) and higher Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

* **Social Media & Content Strategy:**

* Create, schedule, and curate engaging content for company social media channels.





* Build and engage online communities, responding to messages and comments promptly.

* **Email Marketing & Lead Generation:**

* Design, execute, and automate email newsletters to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

* Build and optimize landing page lead capture forms to improve overall conversion rates.

* **Analytics & Reporting:**

* Monitor daily and weekly campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

* Compile monthly performance reports for leadership, providing actionable insights for growth.

### **Qualifications & Key Requirements**

* **Education:** Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

* **Experience:** 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience handling digital marketing channels.

* **Technical Skills:**

* Proficiency with **Google Ads**, **Meta Business Suite**, and **Google Analytics 4**.

* Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and Email Marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot).

* Basic working knowledge of **Canva** or Adobe Creative Suite for quick visual design.

* **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical mindset, excellent copywriting skills, and ability to stay updated with fast-moving algorithm updates.
