- Source new customers for Loan Against Property.
- Generate leads through field activities and referrals.
- Meet prospective customers and explain the product.
- Collect required documents and coordinate the loan process.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow company policies and compliance requirements.
Preferred candidate profile :
Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loans / Housing Finance / Mortgage Sales
- Graduate/ 12th pass in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Only Male candidates are eligible for this role
- Candidate must have two-wheeler with valid driving license
