Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Supervise a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee showroom management, floor management, and retail planning to maintain an organized and visually appealing store workplace.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in store operations.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in retail management or related field.
- Proven track record in managing multiple retail outlets or large stores with high volume sales.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and loss prevention measures.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
