- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.

- Explain products/services, features, benefits, and processes clearly.
- Counsel customers and convert leads into successful opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer onboarding.
