Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure effective store operations by maintaining inventory levels, stock management, and visual merchandising standards.
- Execute sales promotion strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales revenue.
- Manage counter sales, showroom sales, and retail sales activities to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales achievements through proactive selling techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service to build solid relationships with clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in retail sales or related field (counter sales, showroom sales).
- Strong understanding of jewelry products and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
