Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Assist in processing transactions, answering questions about products/services, and addressing issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Excel spreadsheets or other tools.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements :
- Fluency in English language (written & spoken).
- Excellent communication skills for effective verbal interaction with customers.
- Solid interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers over phone/email/chat.
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry into excel sheets.
