Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their queries related to financial products.
- Identify potential customers' needs and provide personalized solutions through effective communication skills.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance by meeting with clients, generating leads, and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role in the banking industry.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers over phone calls.
- Robust customer service orientation with a focus on resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in using computer applications such as CRM software.
