JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, social media, references, and other sources.
- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain property projects, pricing, offers, and payment plans to customers.
- Schedule and coordinate customer site visits.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and site-visit targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team and provide regular updates on leads and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.




- Freshers with positive communication and sales interest may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive approach with customers.
- Ability to work towards targets.
- Willingness to travel for customer site visits when required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
