Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to cold or warm leads to pitch company products or services.
- Handle inbound customer calls, answer inquiries, and resolve basic complaints.
- Follow up on potential leads and transfer qualified prospects to the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer database records (CRM or Excel sheets) daily.
- Meet daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, or sales targets.
- Gather customer feedback and report market insights to management. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
