Malabar Group of Automobiles is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Salesman for our Exide Battery Section. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and an interest in automobile battery sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Exide batteries to customers and automobile dealers.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and approach new customers to increase sales.
- Visit automobile workshops, dealers and other potential customers.
- Explain product features, specifications and benefits to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Support payment collection and customer follow-ups.

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales is preferred.




- Experience in battery sales or the automobile spare parts industry will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
- Basic knowledge of automobile batteries is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
