Key Responsibilities

- Core Accounting & Ledger Maintenance:Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate general ledger maintenance in ERP systems on Tally.Prepare customer invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.Draft and manage emails as required, coordinate vendor follow-ups, and maintain vendor portal management to ensure timely communication and smooth operations.
- Reconciliations & Receivables Management:Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.Follow up with customers for outstanding receivables and timely payment collection.
- Statutory Compliance & Taxation:Assist in GST compliance, including invoice verification, return data preparation, and Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation.Support TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliations, and return filing tasks.
- Audits & Financial Closing:Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.Assist internal, statutory, and tax auditors during audit and due diligence processes.
- Documentation & Investor Support:Maintain digital documentation,



banking records, and supporting accounting files.Assist in preparing basic financial data and presentations for internal management and investor reporting.

- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Practical experience with GST return filing, TDS returns, and E-Way Bill generation.
- Knowledge of import/export accounting, documentation, and applicable compliance procedures.
- Experience in invoicing, bank reconciliation, and ledger reconciliation.
- Knowledge of audit support, financial reporting, and documentation.
- Valuable Communication Skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
