About the Chance

This is not an internship where you simply observe how a business operates. You will be part of building one.

We are looking for ambitious, confident, and self-driven individuals to join our expanding Institutional Partnerships & Business Development team in India.

As a University Partnerships & Business Development Intern, you will play an active role in expanding ICAR's network of colleges, universities, educational institutions, and corporate partners.

You will gain practical exposure to how organizations identify business opportunities, approach senior decisionmakers, present value propositions, negotiate partnerships, and build lasting professional relationships.

What You Will Do

§ Build Institutional Partnerships: Research, identify, approach, and engage colleges, universities, and educational institutions across India.

§ Engage Decision-Makers: Connect with directors, principals, deans, Heads of Department, Training & Placement Officers, and other institutional leaders.

§ Present Business Proposals: Introduce ICAR's learning, certification, career readiness, and institutional partnership opportunities through professional calls,



presentations, and virtual meetings.

§ Develop Corporate Relationships: Identify and engage potential business and employer partners to explore institutional and industry collaboration opportunities.

§ Convert Opportunities into Partnerships: Follow up with prospective partners, address questions, support negotiations, and work toward successful partnership agreements.

§ Support Student Outreach: Coordinate with partner institutions to promote relevant learning programs, professional certifications, and student enrollment opportunities.

§ Manage a Partnership Pipeline: Track prospects, maintain accurate records, organize follow-ups, and report progress against agreed objectives.

§ Contribute to Business Growth: Share market insights, identify new partnership opportunities, and support ICAR's expansion across India.

Compensation & Incentives

We believe meaningful contributions deserve recognition.

Fixed Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000

Institutional Partnership Commission: Additional incentives for successfully securing qualifying college and university partnerships.

Student Enrollment Commission: Additional incentives for qualifying student enrollments generated through partnership and business development efforts.

Performance-based commissions are additional to the fixed stipend and are subject to the applicable incentive structure.

Work From Home Requirements

This is a 100% remote internship, so applicants must have the necessary setup to work effectively and professionally from home.

All selected interns must have:

§ A personal laptop or computer suitable for daily work, online meetings, research, and presentations.

§ A reliable high-speed internet connection that supports uninterrupted video calls and online collaboration.

§ A suitable, quiet, and professional workspace at home, free from excessive background noise and distractions during working hours.

§ The ability to attend scheduled virtual meetings, conduct professional calls, and communicate with prospective partners during required business hours.

§ The self-discipline to manage assigned responsibilities, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent productivity while working remotely.
