Job Summary

We are looking for an Import & Export Pricing and Customer Service Executive to handle freight enquiries, pricing, quotations, customer coordination, and shipment-related follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle Sea Import and Sea Export freight enquiries from customers.

· Obtain competitive freight rates from shipping lines, overseas agents, and service providers.

· Prepare, compare, and share freight quotations with customers.

· Handle FCL and LCL shipment pricing and rate negotiations.

· Coordinate with shipping lines and agents for updated freight rates and bookings.

· Handle customer queries and provide timely shipment updates.

· Coordinate with customers for booking confirmations and shipment requirements.





· Follow up with documentation and operations teams for smooth shipment execution.

· Maintain customer, enquiry, and quotation records.

· Prepare daily activity and enquiry status reports (DSR).

Requirements

· Graduate in any discipline.

· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Import & Export Pricing / Customer Service.

· Basic knowledge of Sea Import, Sea Export, FCL and LCL shipments.

· Understanding of freight forwarding procedures and Incoterms.

· Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and Email.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in CHA / Freight Forwarding industry.

· Knowledge of shipping line and overseas agent coordination.

· Robust customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
