Job Title: Assistant Professor – Pharmaceutical Chemistry

Location: Kannur Medical College, Anjarakandy, Kannur, Kerala
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions in Pharmaceutical Chemistry for pharmacy students.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and academic schedules.
- Conduct laboratory sessions and ensure proper handling of chemicals and laboratory equipment.
- Guide students in academic activities, assignments, and research projects.
- Assist in curriculum development and academic planning.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, and institutional events.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and laboratory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with PCI regulations and institutional academic standards.
- Contribute to research activities, publications, and professional development.
Qualifications
- M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from a PCI-approved institution.
- As per PCI norms, candidates must meet the required eligibility criteria for the faculty position.
Skills Required
- Strong subject knowledge in Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills.
- Laboratory handling and practical training expertise.
- Good academic documentation and organizational skills.
