Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify customer concerns and provide timely, effective support to resolve their queries.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls to understand customer needs, address inquiries, and generate sales opportunities.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services and communicate information clearly and effectively to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and provide assistance whenever required.
- Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure timely responses and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
- Collect customer feedback to improve service quality and identify opportunities to upsell relevant products and services.
- Achieve individual sales targets consistently and contribute to the overall sales objectives of the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Build positive customer relationships through excellent communication, active listening, and effective problem-solving.




- Ensure customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities to promote and sell the company's products and services.

Skills and Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls confidently and professionally.
- Robust customer service, problem-solving, and sales skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a commitment to achieving individual sales targets.
- Ability to manage customer inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
- Good coordination and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
