Key responsibilities

- Research railway organisations, departments and projects to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
- Reach out to railway professionals and clients in person, meet them to understand their requirements and secure orders.
- Understand each prospect's needs and pitch our products or services clearly and confidently.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and quotations.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the senior sales team.
- Follow up with prospects after meetings, handle objections and get orders closed.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients to support repeat business.
- Track competitor activity and market trends and share useful insights with the team.




- Meet monthly targets for leads generated, meetings held and orders secured.

Requirements Skills

- Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and email etiquette.
- Good time management and ability to work towards targets.

Personal qualities

- Eager to learn, self-motivated and target-driven.
- Confident, presentable and customer-focused.
- Team player who takes feedback well.
