Job Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of Customer Care Executives / Telecallers.
- Monitor daily team performance, sales targets, and productivity.
- Provide regular coaching and training to improve communication and sales skills.
- Track calls, conversions, follow-ups, and individual performance.
- Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing sales.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Motivate team members and ensure discipline and achievement of targets.
- Coordinate with management to improve team efficiency and business results.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO, telecalling, sales,



or team handling.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer handling, and target management.
- Ability to motivate team members and work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
