Thrissur
- Prepare, bake, and finish breads, croissants, rolls, pastries, cakes, confections, tarts, and dessert items according to standardized recipes and brand specifications.
- Oversee daily mise en place (ingredient prep and station setup), manage bakery equipment (ovens, proofers, mixers, sheeting machines), and keep the work area clean.
- Monitor taste, texture, portion sizes, plating, and visual presentation across regular service, banquets, and VIP amenities.
- Train, guide, and supervise junior staff, including Demi Chefs de Partie, Commis Pastry, and apprentices.
- Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations, such as HACCP and local health standards.
- Assist head chefs in developing seasonal menus, holiday specials, and new baked goods.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
